Angela Deville is a commercial helicopter pilot, flight instructor, and founder of The HALO Foundation and HeloCougar Enterprises. Known as The Aviatrix of the Wild, she operates at the intersection of instinct, resilience, and sovereignty — in the sky, on the land, and in the lives she touches.
She knows what it means to be powerful and displaced.
She has lived it.
She has witnessed it in wildcats.
And she is building HALO because both deserve sanctuary.

A sanctuary where displaced wildcats live in LUXURY, women in transition reclaim their STRENGTH, and a REGENERATIVE farm sustains it all.
The animals. The women. The land. All rising together.
HALO is a three-part sanctuary founded by Angela Deville and being built from her own survival story. It will provide permanent refuge for displaced wildcats and wildlife, a transitional residency for women rebuilding their lives, and a regenerative farm that supports the entire ecosystem.
Because the wildcat labeled a nuisance
and the woman who made herself invisible to survive are not so different.
Both simply need a safe place to remember what they are.
Her mission is both fierce and clear:
