HALO is a sanctuary initiative devoted to protecting displaced wildcats and vulnerable animals while creating a future rooted in restoration, dignity, education, and refuge.
Its long-term vision includes sanctuary land, conservation efforts, educational outreach, and spaces devoted to restoration for both animals and humans rebuilding after hardship.
Because the wildcat labeled a nuisance
and the woman who made herself invisible to survive are not so different.
Both simply need a safe place to remember what they are.
Her mission is fierce and clear:
